When will I receive my order?

In Order To Receive A ImmunaBand bracelet, you must upload proof of vaccination. This includes entering First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Name of Vaccination Provider, Lot # of Last Injection, Date of Last Injection, and a Photo of Your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card. You must also certify that all personal information, records of vaccination, and the photo of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card provided to ImmunaBand upon order are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You also agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Once we have received the above information, the ImmunaBand bracelet will be sent a) one week after completing both Pfizer vaccinations or b) two weeks after completing both Moderna vaccinations c) two weeks after completing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine as determined by the last injection date as indicated on the CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Card submitted by the individual applying for certification.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number, should be included in the email sent to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Where do I upload the card?

In your confirmation email, you will get a link that will allow you to upload your vaccination card to our secure HIPAA Compliant Database.

What happens if I forget my PIN code?

There is a pin reset link on the landing page when you scan the bracelet's QR code

Can I upload a vaccine card from another country outside of the US?

At this time we are only able to accept CDC vaccination cards from the US.

What is the band made out of?

The band is made out of silicone and the face plate is made out of stainless steel. The bracelet is adjustable and is waterproof.

Where can the bands be shipped?

Currently we can ship to all 50 states in the United States.

Can I change any information on my order once the order is placed?

We understand mistakes can be made and allow customers up to 24 hours to let us know if there are any changes required.  If we do not hear back within that time frame we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

What if I have an issue with my order?

What if I cannot find my package?

If you are not able to locate the package on your property, please follow the following helpful tips: 

  • Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point.

  • Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that state the item was returned to the sender.

  • If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discreet area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with neighbors.

  • If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, confirm with them that they do not have it, and that there has not been theft

  • Call UPS Customer Support at 1-800-742-5877

  • If all of the above steps have been taken, and you are still unable to find your Immuna Bracelet, please email us at Support@ImmunaBand.com.

When do I upload my vaccination card?

You will upload your vaccination card after you place the order. You will receive a separate email to upload your card.

What if I need a booster shot in the future?

If boosters are required in the future, we will have a process where you can upload an updated image of your vaccine card to your ImmunaBand profile.


How can I access my vaccination card from the band?

To access your vaccination card from the QR code on the band please refer to the following directions:

1) Open the camera on any mobile device

2) Point the camera at the QR code on the band

3) Click the link for “ImmunaBand” that pops up

4) Enter your PIN

5) View your CDC vaccination card on your device



Can anyone access the QR code on my band?

While the QR code can be accessed with any smartphone or tablet, only individuals who know the PIN are able to access the image of the vaccination card. The vaccination cards are stored in a HIPAA compliant database to protect the rights of all wearers.



Where is ImmunaBand accepted?

ImmunaBand is valid at any venue that accepts a digital copy of your vaccination card on your mobile device.
